I feel sorry for the girl because of her issues with her family. I think her partying and drinking is a way for her in a way to vent out her emotions instead of actually doing something about it.. But realeasing her? No way.. Jail will do her good and probably make her appreciate whats good in her life. Its a good lesson and plus its not like its a life parole, its three months!Probably just enough for her to get real.

Back when I was younger, I really thought Lindsay Lohan was my idol and someone that you can look up to. But I guess, some people change for the worse from the cause of depression.
